1.The Board and Management of Helping Hands International (H2i) have decided to decentralise Car Award celebration for the purpose of growth and grassroot awareness creation. For this reason and henceforth, any member who qualifys for a car will have it delivered to him/her after three weeks in his/her location.

2. CELEBRATION:
For the celebration of such Qualification, the Company have also decided to bear the cost of Hall rental Expenses only. Meaning that she will locate and Pay for a conducive hall for the event celebration.
3. Henceforth, qualifiers are to determine the MAGNITUDE and style of their celebration and should be ready to bear the cost as they deem fit.
4. This resolution takes effect immediately from TODAY 17th of March, 2016.
5. By this resolution, the recent car qualifiers in Calabar will have their cars delivered to them before their Chosen celebration date.
